What is Neiman Marcus’s return policy?

It accepts returns within 30 days of receipt and will refund customers in the original form of payment. Keep in mind that the return may take 10 to 14 days to process. If you’ve received an item as a gift that you’d like to return, bring the gift to a store or contact the customer care team for assistance. If you want to return a gift that was purchased online to an in-store location, you’ll need to start a return and bring the return slip with you.
Does Neiman Marcus offer alterations?
Yes, whether you purchased your item from Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman, online or in-store, you can get the item tailored at the nearest Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf store. The company’s master tailors are well-equipped to alter your garment to your custom specifications. Standard alteration charges apply.
Can I change my order?
As soon as you place an order, the Neiman Marcus team initiates the process to get your order shipped quickly. However, while the order is still being processed, you can cancel the order by calling 888-888-4757. If the order status is “shipped,” the order cannot be canceled, and once you receive the item, you can return it. Keep in mind that personalized items cannot be canceled or returned.
