I know I speak for the whole of my editor colleagues when I say that the spring collections haven't left our minds since we first saw them on the runways last fall. It was a collectively strong season that embodied the leading aesthetics like quiet luxury, '80s excess, and Barbiecore which are all anyone can talk about right now. So now that the spring collections have officially hit the market, it's time to break down the key buys that are poised to define the season.

As someone who spots It items like it's her job (which it basically is), I did a deep-dive into the new arrivals section at one of my favorite luxury retailers, MyTheresa. After spending hours digging through the site, I pulled out 30 finds that are particularly strong. If you ask me, each of these new arrivals is just oozing with It-item potential and I think it's only a matter of time until they pop off on social media and beyond. Whether it's the exciting new Maximilian Davis–designed Prism bag for Ferragamo or Khaite's oversized gold bangle, the shoes, bags, clothes, and jewelry you're about to see ahead are early contenders for the most popular designer items of spring 2023. Don't say we didn't warn you.

The first Ferragamo bags designed by new creative director Maximillian Davis are finally hitting stores and the boxy, glossy Prism bag just soared to the top of my own shopping list. It's already earning favor among celebs, too, as Dua Lipa just wore the white version on her Instagram last week.

MyTheresa is home to an exclusive capsule collection of Loewe Paula's Ibiza filled with beachy favorites like raffia bags. This white denim jacket emblazoned with a leather logo patch on the chest strikes me as the kind of It piece you'll wear over and over again.

If the watercolor Loewe dress from last summer has taught us anything, it's that soothing kaleidoscopic prints are what everyone wants to wear (and look at) right now.

Big bracelets *are* the moment and there's a good chance that Khaite's Julius bangle will achieve the same level of fame as the Bottega drop earrings.

Stock is dwindling in these New Balances already, so that tells me demand is quickly escalating.

Christopher Esber's internet-breaking dresses never fail to make me emotional and the latest drop is hardly an exception. The built-in jewelry is seriously a work of art in its own right.

Are these denim cargos named after Hailey Bieber? Maybe. Do they belong in her wardrobe regardless? Most definitely.

I think this sculptural belt deserves the same level of freak-out as we gave to the Khaite one.

I don't know about you, but I audibly gasped when I saw this.

An extra-strong contender for the next It bag: none other than Saint Laurent's newest (and well-priced) release.

Thanks to a major Khaite buy-in, snakeskin is back in a major way for spring.

A strong contender for the next iteration of *those* Gucci loafers.

I know we're all putting our heavy winter coats in storage until November, but if this were to have dropped three months ago, fashion girls would have gone crazy for it.

I can only imagine how cool these would look on.

Mind-bending, compliment-inducing, and completely internet-breaking.

I whispered "Oh, yes" to myself when I saw this.

Fashion's inner circle is already on top of these perfect ballet flats that hint at the shape of a mary jane. I think it's a matter of minutes until everyone else gets in on it, too.

The Barbie movie comes out this summer and I guarantee it will inspire many pink purchases. The first on the list? Hunza G's kitschy heart-detail bikini.

Aya Muse's subverted takes on tailoring just keep getting better and better.

I already sent this bag to five of my friends. It's quirky, wearable, and just so cool.

This matching set just singlehandedly changed my stance on gingham.

The combination of camel and black here shouldn't make sense, but somehow does.

I feel like this would be right at home in Jennifer Lawrence or Katie Holmes' closets.

There are plenty of cargo pants out there right now, but the shape and puddle hem on these might take the cake.

Just when I thought my obsession with the Sardine bag couldn't get any more intense, Bottega drops this slouchy shoulder-bag iteration.

Although I mostly only care about maxi skirts right now, there's something so fun about this pink nylon mini.

The color of the season (fiery red) just might be its best in the form of a striking sheer dress like this.
